Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a trip to meet with national troops in the Donetsk region on the weekday. The president confirmed that he met with warriors at the operational headquarters of the initial brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya zone, a location approximately 20km from Pokrovsk.

Intense Conditions in the Area

Updated analysis from a local initiative showed that opposition armies had made gains into Pokrovsk and its environs, though significant areas remained beyond firm control by both forces. The situation remains critical, with reports indicating that invading units were fortifying positions and building up positions in certain areas.

Opposition armies are making progress in the Pokrovsk front and are reportedly acting with increasing comfort within the city proper.

Military experts noted that national troops had liberated a significant portion of a enemy advance in the Dobropillya area, on the eastern flank of the Pokrovsk campaign.

Ukrainian Drone Strikes Deep Inside the Federation

Kyiv's aerial vehicles targeted a production facility approximately 1,300km inside Russia at Sterlitamak. Regional authorities confirmed a blast at the Sterlitamak facility that led to the partial collapse to suffer damage, adding that the reason for the blast was not known.
